• Is a hair coloring product that will give your hair a fantastic shine that adds a layer of color. It is an easy to use for hair coloring since you can just treat your self at home. Just follow instruction and you can treat your hair without fuss. It would only take a few minutes to change the color of your hair.
  
  

Direction for Use

• After drying your hair, apply Shining Colored Cellowax beginning 3mm from scalp and gently comb thru the hair.
• Moisten and heat the hair with steamer or heater for 30 minutes or use a shower cap and leave it for an hour.
• Cool the hair for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly until the water runs clear.
• Squeeze out excess water.
• For best results, apply conditioner and blower your hair.
